Mail Order Bride Scams

Hello to all those interested in meeting a Russian bride, or Russian dating.

I would like to tell you a little about myself and my website I set up after several years looking for my perfect Russia bride. It was by pure accident that I got into the Russian Brides thing, my friend was a member of a English dating site, and one evening we were just looking on there and by chance there was a couple of Russian girls, very very beautiful I must say, to cut a long and funny story short, I was on a plane two weeks later to Moldova! I had never been to Eastern Europe in my life it was going to be an adventure, of course some of my friends were saying it was not safe, mafia ect ect, but what the heck it sounded fun to me, and I was meeting a beautiful girl, what did I have to loose this was all new to meJ.

I finally arrived in Moldova, and was met as I was expecting by a beautiful Moldovan girl, I was there for four days and already it was a bit of an eye opener, I was having a good time with this girl, and she had found me a reasonable apartment, but later it turned out the girl I went to meet was not who she said she was, well this was my first experience of not being scammed but finding out ,all is not as it seems in Eastern Europe, I had a good time there though it was a real eye opener, I won’t bore you with the details but seems the girl had stolen some money from some Canadian guy, and was about to do a runner, lucky im open minded.

So the return trip to England my mind was full of Ideas and plans I had decided that my goal was to find a beautiful Russian bride, with so many beautiful women in the word why didn’t I think of this so many years ago, As soon as I was back I signed up to a Russian dating site, this was greatJ) I was corresponding with a beautiful girl from Kiev in Ukraine within a few weeks I was planning to meet her, the next month I was on another plane to kiev , she had found two apartments one for herself and one for me, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I met her, So I paid her for the two apartments, of course, she was staying with a friend so I guess she kept the money for her apartment , but this was just one more trick I learnt on my journeys, and I wondered how such a poor girl knew all the best places to eat and drink, but she seemed nice enough we had a great time infact I even invited her to England, I’m not going to go too much into that story, all I will say is I was glad to see the back of her when she went home!!  I had several meetings like this and learnt a lot on the way. 

So it was back to the drawing board, or shall we say dating site.

Over the next two years I travelled all over eastern Europe meeting many interesting  girls, making some great long term friendships, I had some great fun a great time and along the way learnt a lot about Russian life and culture. As time was going by It was going from fun and meeting different people to finally looking for a serious girlfriend, I spent several years travelling and staying in Russia mostly Moscow and St Petersburg where I finally found the love of my life, but during all the years I also fell in love with Russia as a country, its culture and its people. I’m not saying all girls you meet are just after gifts, money ect but there are many who just seek that, but I think I can say it is very easy to spot those type of girls, and after my travels I would recommend to anyone not to rush to meet a girl , it is always best to spend at least a few months getting to know her with a lot of phone calls and don’t be afraid to ask personal information, your spending time and money travelling to meet a stranger and you want to know every possible detail about your girl.

I finally decided I would live in St Petersburg with my girlfriend, and decided to set my own dating site up www.email2femail.com to try and make a living, and give other guys interested in Russian dating a chance to use a site which would be reliable and honest, and would not charge them silly amounts of money.
